Haywire Planet just posts the photographic content submitted, if there are any problems regarding the images, the submitter or the author has to be held accountable. If you submit recognizable photos of people, you must be able to provide a model release for the photo. Haywire Planet will not be held accountable for content submitted by it's members, we expect all members to follow our rules and guidlines.

Contests
You must be a resident of New Zealand to enter a Haywire Planet Photo Contest. Prizes cannot be sent outside of New Zealand. If you win a prize and can not collect the prize in New Zealand within 30 days, or provide proof of New Zealand residency, or an appropriate physical address, the prize will be returned to the prize pool at Haywire Planet and used in another contest. The prize will no longer be awarded.
We sometimes run contests on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (like email address).
Contact information from the contests is used to get in touch with the visitor when needed (example: when a user wins a contest).
We will not collect any information from you and share it with other people with out your consent.
If you are under the age of 18, you should have a parent's consent to join our contests or have a parent fill out the form with you.

Prices are subject to constant changes, and we reserve the right to modify our prices in compliance with price changes from our suppliers.
Haywire Planet operates only in the New Zealand and doesn't ship goods outside New Zealand. All offers are subject to availability and work on a first come first serve basis. Any fully working product you receive in which you 'the customer' is in anyway unhappy about then we will accept the product back if we receive it back within 7 days of our dispatch (Your statutory rights are not affected).

The value of the item will be reimbursed to the buyer as soon as we receive the product, we will only reimburse the prices of the item and not the delivery charges originally charged to the buyer nor the additional delivery charges for shipping back to us. Any product which the customer receives as damaged must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery. You will be expected to send the item back to us where the product will be tested by us and if proved faulty the customer will receive either a replacement or a credit. It is the responsibility of the customer to return faulty goods back to us. Any product which is damaged due to misuse by the customer will not be accepted back under any circumstances. When an item is bought from Haywire Planet, the customers email address is automatically added to our mailing list. We reserve the right to cancel orders or postpone the time of delivery in the case of significant price changes or delivery failure from our sub-suppliers. All times of delivery provided by us are to be considered conditional, unless individually confirmed by us. Delivery usually takes no longer than 15 working days. Any price changes taking effect after an order is submitted and will not be backdated. We take reservation for possible typographical errors and omissions. Illustrations may not be to scale and may vary from the actual item. Product specifications are taken from the manufacturer or our supplier and can be subject to change. Please note that although we try our best to maintain the correct products specifications posted we do not hold ourselves responsible if the specifications are incorrect. Goods will only be dispatched to the buyer when the payment has been received and verified/cleared. Handling price is added to the shipping price. We take no responsibility for software/hardware damages/data loss which occurs out of our premises. Manufacturers advice should be sought before any procedures involving hardware is started unless you accept responsibility for your own actions Any literature provided referring to the installation of the component should be used as a rough guide only and whenever possible the manufacturers instructions should be used instead.
