You can only submit up to 5 photos per contest. |

You can delete photos and add new one's at any time during a contest. |

Each photo submitted must have been taken by the member. You must also be the owner of the copyright for all photos entered. |

People from anywhere on Planet Earth can enter the Photo Contests and free Galleries alike. |

All Haywire Planet members can vote and leave comments on other member's photos. You can not vote for yourself. |

The photo with the highest score in a contest will win first place for that contest. There will alo be additional placings ie: 2nd, 3rd and "The Most Haywire Photograp". |

Haywire Planet will have the final say on all contest decisions and have the right to disqualify a member if we decide a winning photo is not eligible for any reason. |

All place winners will be notified within 2 weeks of winning by email and sms/txt message if you have provided a mobile phone number in your profile. |

Contest start and finish dates/times will be listed at the top of the page on each contest gallery. These dates and times will not alter once a contest has commenced and all submissions after the official finish time for each contest will not be eligible. You may continue to send and change your photos throught the entire contest. |

All photos submitted from your Haywire Album on the website will start with a zero score when they enter a contest. |

All contest winners will be listed on the Hall of Fame page along with their winning photos. |

Haywire Planet staff will screen all photos prior to approving them for all the galleries including contest galleries. We have the right to decline any photos that we do not consider suitable, eligible or appropriate. |

Haywire Planet staff have the right to remove a photo from a contest, at any time, regardless of the score, should there be any complaints or issues with the particular photo. |

Haywire Planet reserves the right to change the contest rules without prior notification. |
