Free VOIP Phone
Instructions
Simply enter 2 phone numbers in the boxes provided,
one in each box.
You must use the area code for your
country and city so the number is
displayed in the
international format, for example: To make a
landline
telephone ring in Auckland New Zealand, you just add
the
following prefix to the phone number, 00649. 00
for
international, 64 for New Zealand and 9 for Auckland.
There are a
couple of fun things that you can try.
Firstly, enter your phone number
(with the correct
area code in place) in the first box and a friends
number
(with the correct area code) in the second box. Now
hit
CALL and both your landline phones will ring. The first
person to pick up their phone will hear a ringing sound
as if they had
just dialed the number, so it's just a
matter of waiting for your friend to
answer. The only
difference is that the call will be connected through
the
internet. The quality is great and the calls are free! Now
that you
have a handle on how it works try putting your
friends number in one box and
another friends number
in the second box. Both your friends landlines will
ring
and they will soon be arguing about who called who. The
rest we will
leave up to your
imagination.
VOIP is short for "Voice Over IP", in plain english, talk
through the internet on your regular home telephone instead
of through the normal telephone lines. The quality is normally
very good and in this case, it's free. Give it a go, make a free voip
call today.
